Amidst the COVID-19 global pandemic, many of us have been forced to stay inside and develop a more sedentary lifestyle in order to stay safe. However, that does not mean that you cannot be healthy and live an active lifestyle.

My plans offer easy and cost effective recipes that can be easily incorporated into your daily life. They are perfect for someone who does not have a lot of time to spend cooking or does not want to spend top dollar buying the most organic foods. As a student, I have to work with a student budget and I am usually extremely busy with classes and assignments. However, that is not an excuse to resort to eating unhealthy "easy" foods.
